To register a Jollph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Jollph may require additional verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jollph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jollph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Jollph account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Jollph support immediately. Jollph reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false identity documents — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. Jollph may report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
Jollph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Jollph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Jollph wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. Jollph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the Jollph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Jollph does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Jollph account, you must have completed the identity verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and any other documents requested by Jollph. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, where technically feasible.
Jollph aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) hours of approval for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Jollph account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. Jollph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money winnings generated after satisfying wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Jollph are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Jollph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. Jollph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
Jollph reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location, device, or account status. Jollph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
All games on the Jollph Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to- Player (RTP) rates for each game are verified and available upon request.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, Jollph reserves the right to void any bets or transactions affected by the malfunction. Jollph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, Jollph reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly paid amount from your account balance.

Jollph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jollph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jollph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Jollph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination of your account for cause, Jollph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no violation is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Jollph account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
